Demand Generation Marketing Manager

CHALLENGE

Order.co, a Seed stage B2B marketplace, needed a Demand Marketing leader to setup the engine for inbound lead generation. We worked through the nuances of their vision for the role and what outcomes they need over the next 6, 12 and 18 months so we could set the ideal profile with the hiring team, ensuring we targeted the right talent pool in an extremely competitive hiring market.

ACTION

Order.co was at this time known as Negotiatus and was a company of ~20 employees when we began our partnership. Our team of headhunters went to market to identify candidates who have the experience to set the right strategic plan who also possess the grit and desire to be in the trenches on a daily basis tweaking and optimizing the tactical execution that would yield the ideal results.

RESULT

Using our systematic approach to ensure we quickly identify the market and effectively attract the ideal candidates. We were able to make all this hire within 30 days so the Order.co team could focus on scaling their business (they’re now over 200 employees) knowing they had the best, proven Demand Marketing Manager to setup the marketing funnel.
