adMarketplace was looking for multiple key hires; a VP, Sales and three Enterprise Sales Directors. The challenge here was that adMarketplace was one of the lesser known and more entrepreneurial companies competing in a large market of goliaths. Additionally, during a time where remote work was becoming more the norm, adMarketplace remained steadfast that they want their people in office 5x/week.
We set the target on AdTech and MarTech sales leaders who had come from small to mid-sized growing companies where they had cut their teeth hunting for business vs. larger companies. Within 10 days we had 3-5 varied but ideal candidates to interview for each role.
