VP, Compensation + Benefits

CHALLENGE

JetBlue, needed a VP, Compensation + Benefits to overhaul their compensation benchmarks and benefits program. In this pivotal time in JetBlue’s history it was paramount that they bring in an Human Resources leader who could usher in the next generation of JetBlue’s growth by setting compensation and benefits programs that would drive growth while enabling them to retain employees and attract talent at all levels.

ACTION

We worked with the hiring team to set the interview process and identify the ideal profile. Our target profile was someone who had built and implemented robust benefits programs for 15,000+ employees with global operations. Within the the first 3 weeks we had put together a short list of prospects who could strategically lead and implement this massive undertaking.

RESULT

The interview process would take another few weeks until we settled on the person we felt was most equipped and excited to tackle the immediate and upcoming challenges that accompanied this compensation and benefits overhaul.
