Merkle hired a SVP Strategy Director, a VP Client Partner, and a Director of Strategy + Planning who were charged with driving new revenue for their consulting business that engineered client digital transformation, helping their clients evolve their customer-focused capability and operating models to provide increased value to their end customers.
We set out to headhunt and hire each SVP, VP and Director within 40 days. Naturally all the folks we headhunted aligned with the overarching business goals, fit culturally, and we felt (as well as the hiring team) that all would provide both the immediate and long-term impact we were seeking from each of these leaders.
