Global Strategy Group was growing, winning new business and need to make some key hires across the organization. We worked closely with the hiring leaders and HR to hire a VP Account Director, VP Media Directors, Director of Production and Director of Business Development.
We interviewed a group of 3-5 ideal candidates who had the right mix of experience for each role so that we could ultimately hire the best person for the job. Also ensuring that all hires not only fit the culture but would also help to build out the agency as leaders of each of their respective business units (Client Management/Strategy, Media Strategy, Production and New Business).
