GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) was growing and needed to make some key Marketing hires to help drive growth. As part of our initial conversations we recognized the importance of bringing in a strong Product Marketing Director who could help productize GLGs offerings. We also set out to headhunt an ideal Marketing Director and Field Marketing Director who would all have an immediate and significant impact on the overarching Marketing/Growth strategy.
We set out to headhunt and hire the Marketing leaders who would complement one another while driving the growth and notoriety of GLG. The Product Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Director, and Field Marketing Directors we target all came from similar companies where they could provide the immediate impact we needed at GLG.
