CHALLENGE

What To Expect, a lifestyle publisher and mobile app (acquired BabyCenter in 2022), was growing nicely almost doubling staff over the last 3 years. Over a few years we’ve helped them fill over 20 roles in an increasingly more competitive talent market across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Operations and HR roles.
