CHALLENGE

PebblePost, needed to hire a Technical Account Manager and also needed to hire the right-hand person to partner with the head of Business Intelligence to build performance projection models, designed lift test methodology, and created storytelling framework to secure partnerships with high profile brands.

ACTION

We set out to identify and headhunt the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence leaders who had strong MarTech backgrounds with experience scaling similar companies beyond $300M ARR, who would complement the Head of Business Intelligence.

RESULT

Engro Partners successfully hired the Technical Account Manager as well as the right-hand person to assist the head of Business Intelligence. Together, they stood up incrementality as the key measurement for PDM, built performance projection models, designed lift test methodology, and created storytelling framework to secure partnerships with high profile brands. This holistic framework enabled PebblePost’s growth from an experimental tactic to evergreen marketing campaigns.
