CHALLENGE

RSR, an independent full-service digital agency, was winning business and gaining notoriety with their impressive work. As a small agency of 10ppl they needed to make key hires to help lead the growth of their team, capabilities, and impact that they wanted to provide to their clients. Naturally finding people who have the skillset and embody the traits of this nimble and highly entrepreneurial full-service agency would be challenging, especially as their success was pushing them to grow to over 50ppl in the next 2 years.

ACTION

We worked closely with the co-founder (Alex Lirtsman) to headhunt and hire the high-performing entrepreneurial-minded leaders and role players who would help push this agency to new heights. Being a full service agency also required us to identify the people who would fit well in this environment. We set out to make multiple hires, digital marketers, media strategists, content strategists, client services, and product/UX designers who would provide tremendous value for their clients.

RESULT

Engro Partners successfully hired Sr. Digital Producers, a Sr. Content Strategist, Sr. Marketing Manager, Sr. Media Manager and a Client Account Manager. For each hire we brought in 2-4 ideal prospects so that we could conclude the interview process within a few weeks, ultimately enabling us to make all hires within 45 days.
