CNN, a digital broadcaster was looking to hire a pivotal Sales Director to help lead their growth with US brands, agencies and programmatically for CNN’s international market. There’s very few people with this type of sales experience and CNN recognized that there’s really only one shot to captivate the interest of this shallow talent pool, especially when they wanted the best of the best.

The Engro Partners team reached out to our network to identify and capture the attention of the few key people who would add and find tremendous value in leading sales at CNN.

Within 2 weeks we had teed up 3 candidates with ideal experience to interview with the team. Over the next few weeks we had the candidates interviewing with the team both locally in the US and with the CNN International team in the UK.
