Ranging from making new hires for new business wins, adding staff to a growing team, or hiring new functional leaders.
With each hiring team and HR/Talent leader that we’ve partnered with we’ve setup a crisp process to ensure we would find and hire the best people regardless of job function or level (Manager, Director or VP).
For each role (over 150 in total) we set a clear, transparent and accountable process:
Week 1 we start to put together the talent map and begin to build the candidate pipeline
Week 2 we setup interviews with the hiring manager
Week 3 would be 2nd, 3rd and final rounds interviews with the team
Week 4 we would complete interviews and/or have hired the best person for the open role
