VPs of Growth/Demand Generation Marketing

CHALLENGE

Corporate Visions is the leading provider of science-backed revenue growth services and solutions for B2B marketing, sales, and customer success. The SVP of Marketing was looking to build out their marketing services team to support and scale their B2B marketing solutions and consultancy. Corporate Visions brought in Engro Partners to hire multiple VPs of Demand Generation Marketing.

ACTION

The identify of the Marketing team was still in it’s infancy and the level of insight, impact and capability of these marketing leaders needed to be of the caliber that they could advise CMOs of F100s on best practices that they can help implement. Given the requirements and exposure these VPs would have created a set of challenges that required a nuanced approach to ensure we could identify, attract and hire these highly coveted Growth Marketing leaders.

RESULT

Corporate Visions met 6 candidates and hired two VPs of Demand Generation Marketing who had scaled smaller business units of Data and Security companies that were acquired by F500 companies. After the integration they continued to lead growth across multiple product and business lines. They were able to bring their experience of building large scale lead funnels, coupled with a highly collaborate and humble approach to team/consensus building that drove remarkable results. This experience also provided them with the ability to operate as an individual contributor and leader in a highly matrixed culture when necessary.
