CB Insights was building out their Customer Success team to focus on driving revenue growth with current accounts. We partnered with the VP of Customer Success to hire a Director of Customer Success who had experience driving revenue growth via upsales with Fortune 1,000s. We needed someone who could lead their largest accounts and also help build out the team with the VP.
We mapped the market of Customer Success leaders with companies who had a similar focus on driving revenue growth in that landscape. Within 10 days we identified, presented and interviewed 4 targeted candidates for the Director of Customer Success with one separating themselves from the 30+ people the team had interviewed prior – enabling us to turn around this hire in 1 month.
