CHALLENGE

CB Insights was building out their Customer Success team so we partnered with the VP of Customer Success to hire a Director of Customer Success who could lead their largest accounts and help build out the team with the VP.

ACTION

Within 10 days we identified, presented and interviewed 4 targeted candidates for the Director of Customer Success with one separating themselves from the 30+ people the team had interviewed prior – enabling us to turn around this hire in 1 month.
