CHALLENGE

Mothership Strategies is a Democratic digital advertising and fundraising agency rewriting the playbook on how political and advocacy campaigns are won across the nation. They’ve helped raise over $650 million online, persuaded and educated millions of voters through online advertising, rallied millions more grassroots supporters, and built some of the biggest brands in progressive politics. Before they could reach these milestones, they needed to hire a few key leaders to help lead their growth and success.
They asked us to help them hire a Director of Advertising and a Sr. Paid Social Media Manager.

ACTION

In the new Digital world of influence that helps drive sentiments towards political viewpoints and candidates it was imperative that we identify and headhunt the marketing leaders with an understanding of how to drive that influence with results driven Advertising and Paid Social campaigns. We approached the market looking for the marketers who could also help lead the growth and success of Mothership.

RESULT

We hired both the Director of Advertising and the Sr. Paid Social Media Manager within 40 days.
