CHALLENGE

DEFY Media the top creator, distributor and owner of millennial focused digital content. Generating over 500 million views every month, DEFY Media distributes and markets content in meaningful and impactful ways that form powerful bonds with audiences across multiple media platforms.

ACTION

DEFY Media hit a growth spurt due to the success of their business and needed to bring on several folks with strong Adtech experience to bolster their Campaign Management, Sales, Revenue Ops, Marketing, Product Management and Human Resources teams.

RESULT

Engro Partners scoured the market leveraging current relationships and headhunting new talent to identify a strong talent pool for DEFY’s open roles. We worked closely with DEFY’s timeline to help streamline the interview process, enabling us to hand select the top candidates to hire. We got to know the DEFY team and culture really well and leaned on that while interviewing candidates. This ensured they not only had the skills for the role but also the personality.
