CHALLENGE

Cadent is an advanced TV platform company that offers data-driven solutions for buying and selling TV advertising to marketers, agencies, operators, and media owners. They asked us to help them make 5 hires across their Sales and Research/Data Science teams.

ACTION

We kicked off the Director of Research + Data Sciences search by identifying a mix of multiple backgrounds to headhunt and within 10 days we had 3 varied but ideal candidates to interview. We quickly narrowed the pool to one finalist who was 100% aligned and with the perfect experience. Within 10 days we also had found and engaged multiple highly successful Sales Directors and Sales Managers from competitors.

RESULT

Within 3 weeks from the onset of each search we had concluded the interview process, identifying the perfect hire to lead the Research + Data Science part of the business as well as an accomplished Sales Director and Sales Managers (from competitors) to help drive Revenue growth.
