David partners with Founders + Executives of early stage startups, growth stage companies, and large publicly traded organizations to build world-class leadership teams who accelerate revenue growth and drive market share. David’s network of current and next-generation industry leaders personify all aspects of revenue growth across Growth, GTM (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success/Experience, Partnerships), Product, People/HR and Talent. With a focus on high-velocity B2B and B2C companies as well as subscription/SaaS business models, David partners with entrepreneurs at all stages of growth and through multiple inflection points to design, headhunt, acquire, and build high-performing teams so his clients can add 8 and 9 figures of revenue.

David also partners with VC and PE firms to hire GPs as well as Partners (or VPs) of Talent, Platform and Marketing who have a profound impact on the scale and returns of their firms, funds, and portfolio companies.

Prior to founding Engro Partners, David was the Managing Partner of Executive Search at TTS, a boutique recruiting firm that specialized in building Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams with technology, media, e-commerce, financial and consumer electronics companies. Along with a bachelors degree from University of Maryland, David was also a leader of the University of Maryland’s Entrepreneurship program. Outside work David loves to be outdoors with family and friends, whether it be exploring, ball sports with his two sons (or rescue dog) or in the mountains skiing.
