David works with Founders + Executives of the firm’s portfolio companies to build world-class leadership teams that accelerate Revenue growth, also helping to catalyze additional rounds of financing. David’s network of current and next-generation industry leaders personify all aspects of Revenue growth across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success/Experience, Product and HR. With a focus on high-velocity B2B and B2C companies as well as subscription/SaaS business models, David partners with entrepreneurs at all stages of growth and through multiple inflection points to design, headhunt, acquire, and build high-performing teams that accelerate scale.
Prior to founding Engro Partners, David was the Managing Partner of Executive Search at TTS, a boutique recruiting firm that specialized in building Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams with technology, media, e-commerce, financial and consumer electronics companies. Along with a bachelors degree from University of Maryland, David was also a student and leader of the University of Maryland’s Entrepreneurship program. Outside work David, a ski + beach bum at heart, loves to discover new places and experiences with his wife, two crazy kids and their rescue dog.
