CHALLENGE

Unruly was looking for 2 key hires, a VP and a Sales Director. They had built a Data Insights + Solutions product that was quickly becoming their most profitable business line so the UK based Global SVP, Insights + Solutions was looking for a NY counterpart who could lead the growth of this business line in the larger US market. This high-impact VP role really required a versatile leader who is well beyond their years.

ACTION

We kicked off the VP search by identifying a mix of multiple backgrounds to headhunt and within 10 days we had 5 varied but ideal candidates to interview. We quickly narrowed the pool to 2 finalists who were 100% aligned and experienced to lead this massive US business line. Within 10 days we also engaged 3 proven and highly successful Sales leaders from competitors.

RESULT

Within 3 weeks from the onset of each search we had concluded the interview process, identifying the perfect hire to lead the growth of this US Data Insights + Solutions business as well as an accomplished Sales Director (from a competitor) to help drive Revenue growth.
