The Director of GTM Headhunting will continuously network with founders, VCs, PEs, and Executive teams of rapidly growing companies to become the go-to-resource for go-to-market headhunting. The Director of GTM Headhunting will also build and mentor the team.

- Strategize and execute a plan to scale new business growth
- Consistently pitch and help close new business
- Network with industry leaders to understand their business challenges
- Direct all recruiting efforts to optimize speed and success for your clients
- Lead and mentor team members to consistently elevate their approach
- Keep a keen eye for new business opportunities, researching companies and contacts for potential partnerships
- Identify key players within the industry via traditional networking and through social tools such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Keep up to date with current media, marketing, advertising and data technology trends
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong understanding of business and a naturally inquisitive personality
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must have an outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to hit deadlines and work in a collaborative team environment
